We're in the technological cloud. Meaning, we can manage your property from virtually anywhere. As a homeowner you have access to your own portal to see monthly management statements and make updates to your account (i.e. update your contact information and banking information, review maintenance invoices, access your executed lease and management contract and more!). Your tenant is also given access to their portal which allows them to pay their rent online, receive billing information and maintenance logs.
