Decisions on accepting or rejecting an applicant is based in whole or part on the credit and/or public record information obtained in a report from the consumer reporting agency, Equifax and other databases. Our goal is to find the best possible tenant for your home.
We use multiple outlets to advertise and show your property. In addition to advertising on multiple listing sites, we partner with Realtors in surrounding cities to give your home the most exposure.
We offer convenient on-line payment solutions. We use an online electronic payment system which provides a secure, convenient way to collect rent from tenants and process the payments to homeowners. This increases turnaround time and eliminates delays in rent collection and pass through.
We use the latest technology to your advantage. We're in the technological cloud. Meaning, we can manage your property from virtually anywhere. As a homeowner you have access to your own portal to see monthly management statements and make updates to your account (i.e. update your contact information and banking information, review maintenance invoices, access your executed lease and management contract and more!). Your tenant is also given access to their portal which allows them to pay their rent online, receive billing information and maintenance logs.
